So any of you guys out there doing Movember?

If so how is it going?

I have to admit as the first time I have done it, struggling with the itchiness of it at the moment.

Roll on 1st December to get back to normal.

But on a more serious note the reason I am doing it is because of the need to remove the stigma of mental health. Especially amongst men. The "big boys don't cry" attitude is so dated and needs to end. We also need to not bring up our young men with these types of views.

Happy to DM abandoned who wants a giggle at my mo.
