Sorry to hear mate. Been through it myself this week, as been off work and had lots of time to think about things while everyone's busy.

Feel free to message if needed as I know it helps to just vent at times. Chin up bro !

Is there anything in particular that brought this feeling? Also, we've all been there. Try something that makes you happy or feel good about yourself.

"Feeling very down and insecure with myself"

Keep your chin up mate.. The sun always shines again, even after a storm.

Just imagine how down and useless those lifeguards feel at the swimming pools in the Olympics.. Or the guys that put indicators on BMWs.

OP, I am sorry you feel down and insecure but please keep to the forum. Just because I posted on your thread, it does not mean I want you to message me. Did you message the men, too?

Dude, I've been there. Fab has a way of taking the wind out of your sails that very little else can compare to.

Take it easy, indulge yourself and just make yourself your number 1 priority. Maybe take a break from Fab too? I've found that it helps me to no end when I'm feeling that way.

Absolutely no need to write that response publicly

There absolutely was! He has been offered a chat from at least one man yet he did not message them (he told me). As I said in that reply, just because I posted on the thread, it is NOT an open invitation to DMs. He needs to message those who offered a chat, if he genuinely needs help.

I agree with this. If a man messaged you without invite and you reply then it just encourages conversation. The OP posted in the public forum, all responses should be posted in the forum unless invited/agreed to send DMs

So the guy reaches out and then gets publicly shamed, wasn't it just easier to delete the message?

"Feeling very down and insecure with myself"

Healthy body, healthy mind. Never underestimate the power of endorphins (from a healthy source)

Also like any form of social media, avoid the pitfalls of comparing yourself to others.

It won't make you feel any better when you see the profiles of

perfect looking 6ft3 super ripped blocked with tons of veris saying how they're literally perfect haha
