Thinking of turning spare bedroom into a play room needs to be quite subtle

Ideas ?

Lockable cupboards would be a good place to start, also flooring that's easy to clean but still offers a good level of comfort and sound deadening.

It's already got hard flooring as I used it as a studio for painting in

Will only be used when we are here alone

Ok, well cupboards and storage for things like toys, lubes, condoms etc. A good sturdy bed, maybe something with a headboard that would allow the use of removable restraints (if you like that kind of thing), maybe have a sink fitted too and have a mini fridge, tv and DVD player put in there...

Never forget waterproof sheets and extra towels you dont want a squirter ruining your bed.

You will need a surveyors report, including getting a structural engineer in to conduct a structural analysis of the walls and ceiling - followed by detailed drawings outlining your proposals. Then you will need to submit a detailed application to your local authority, together with a chequefor 250 pounds and wait 3 months

I have screwed eyelet hooks into the walls and skirting board for cuffing purposes, can easily bee unscrewed or paintings hung from them when not needed!

If you are into bondage, fit hooks to the walls, hang pictures on them for normal times and then remove pics for play.

Celing hooks like you hang chandeliers from make good suspension points for shackling subs standing up.

Bottom half of a fitted wardrobe with removeable bars to become a cage ?

Was thinking of some fabric from ceiling as its really high that would explain hooks hehe
