I'm concerned about the fact you think you can 'breed' a pregnant lady

For real though, while this is an understandable fantasy, risking pregnancy for a kink is horrific behaviour, either the woman has to experience termination or a whole human is going to be created in service of your sexual kink. It's just not a thing that should cross over into reality, ever.
