Saying no....

Has anyone found that as they've had more meets they've found it easier to say no if they really don't want to play when meeting anyone??

When we first started meeting I was always worried about offending people and rather stupidly went through with things even if I wasn't comfortable with it. Luckily now i've either gained confidence or I care less about offending lol so would never let it happen again!

Guess its more in a club type scenario or last minute meets as I/ we tend to get to know people before we meet now.

I know exactly what you mean, and I agree, it takes a while for the confidence to kick in and sanity to rule. x

Tbh, I've rarely met someone that makes me want to say no. But when I do no most certainly means no.

I have no problem saying no.. Never have, I joined this site for my pleasure and that has always been paramount for me. As much as I enjoy giving pleasure, I guess I'm just selfish that way.. lol

I think it's so unpleasant to go through with sex and not be happy with it. Not that I don't care about hurting someone's feelings but I hate feeling obliged doing what I'm not enjoying.

It's also about self respect both ways, I wouldn't agree to have sex if I didn't want to and no self respecting man would want sex with a woman who was reluctant to say the least. I've chatted to a lot of women who are new to this and their biggest fear is having sex with people when they don't want to I'm always surprised that I have to point out to them that isn't what this is all about and they are always surprised that it isn't the case. I think that expectation plays a big part too with some people thinking you have to shag anything with a pulse.

i think i have only said no once, i have had sex with quite a few men when i didnt realy want to mainly because i didnt like to offend them when i had already agreed to it before we met.

or i may not be sure if i want too.

i guess sometimes they have felt the same as well.

sometimes its ok sometimes i regret it.

Hi Mrs Overall, please never have sex with a man you don't really want to again you don't need to agree to sex before you meet someone. I find the idea of two people haveing sex with each other even though they don't really want to very sad.

Brighton - even Hove!

I certainly wouldn't want to have sex with a woman who didn't want to or did so reluctantly. I'd rather have a 'no'. It's a two way thing with me and I get enjoyment out of knowing the lady was enjoying herself, so if she wasn't, nor would I.

I agree, it does get a lot easier to say no with time/ experience on here or other sites.

The reaction from SOME who never expect a single to say no is priceless, and often rude

No, no, no, no, no!!! I have never had a problem saying no, and would never have sex with someone just because I couldn't say no to them.

I guess that is the bonus of not being able to meet at short notice .... I have time to get to know people and whether or not I want to have sex with them.
