Is it normall for a 33yr old guy to never of had a 3sum. The chance has never came up to have one. Am i really missing out or is it worth not having one

What kind of 3sum?

I had different ones at different stages of life for example

40 when I had a MMF

48 when I had a FMTv

But I still haven't had a FFM.
