I stay away for work a fair bit and tend to use Premier Inns as typically you know what you're going to get.

I've been lucky enough to meet some lovely ladies who've also been staying away for work and we're looking for fun.

I've even heard other guests enjoying themselves in the next door room and often wonder if I've missed an opportunity there.

Sometimes my friend and I use them when we're together and away for a weekend.

Any other fans of the purple bed runner out there?

Had many of filthy good times in the famous purple bed runner. Ive fucked up windows, shower&bath, bed, dresser you name it decent hotels for the price if I'm honest

I’m in one at the moment due to being caught in a storm. It’s comfortable - but I don’t really like them.

Bloody hate them.

Stayed in far too many for work over the years.

In summer most of them are hell with the heat, ac isn’t common in them.

Personally I’d get an apartment or flat every time I could.

Out best meet was in a Premier Inn, they gave us the room at the very end of the corridor too, so we didn’t have to be so quiet lol

You do know that you can request where you want the room if it's available they'll offer
