If I say no to something then there's a reason for that. Even if your mind wonders afterwards, it was the right decision in the moment so I don't regret it.

Having been very definitely rejected previously, I got offered it on a plate because they were horny and I was the only one online at 2am that they knew had a car. Maybe they shouldn't have lead the conversation by pointing out I was their last choice out of desperation haha

Yep. I said no to a very well known person I had a crush on. We met through mutual friends backstage at an event. The person was very very flirtatious and made a move. I’m not openly bi. So it wasn’t the right opportunity for me to respond to his advances, in front of their people.

I regret it. But not in any deep way. I just sort of wonder what if? But nothing beyond that

Yes - I turned down the offer of 'repeat meets' with women who I've played with before on a couple of occasions, because at the time I was trying/hoping to indulge with someone 'new' instead...

....both times, as soon as it became obvious that nothing was going to happen with the prospective new playmates, I regretted having said "No" to the 'old' ones - but managed to resist the temptation to contact them to ask if I could visit after all...

....there's not really a "What if?" aspect, however, as I know that I'd have enjoyed playing with them again - if only I hadn't decided on 'greener grass'!

No. But maybe a few missed opportunities when people have shown intrest and we've not reciprocated with the same intrest even though they may be our cup of tea.

Sometimes people message us or wink us who look our cup of tea and that probably could be something good if we met them in person. However the problem is normally timing. Often we're just not in a place without our wider daily lives to be chatting back and forth and arranging lots of meets. We don't want to start something we can't finish or let anyone down when it takes 2 years before we finally meet them. That why we tend to just go to clubs and parties.
