Where are all the Cheaters gone?

I know that some people get hurt by this in some way but isnt their a deeper reason people interact (cheat) with other people than the partner?

Since covid there doesnt seem to be as many cheaters than before?

Anyone have any views other than the normal one?

Sometimes there's a deeper reason and sometimes it's just because they can (If the opportunity arises).
