I dont know any all inclusive ones.

Check out Domaine de La Sabliere though in Southern France.

Also Vera Playa in Almeria, Spain.

Sorry, didn't notice that you were looking for all inclusive. The one I mentioned are half board / bed and breakfast type. Very small and relaxing places.
