I’m just wondering how many men have issues when trying to be intimate.

I’m a 56 year old male who over the last few years has seen a decline in my sexual abilities.

I am married and love my wife very much and she never complains about the lack of sex. I am on here enjoying reading the topics on the forums and adding my own true stories in the stories and fantasy section.

I have been chatting to a woman who I have been open and honest with about my problem and she has said that she would be able to turn me on and fuck me. But 2 things are stopping me. 1, I’m married and love my wife and 2, I’m pretty sure she’s not gonna be able to get the little fella to work and that would be very embarrassing for me and a total waste of both our time.

I’m almost resigned to the fact my sex life is over and whilst that in itself is quite depressing I have to say I’ve had quite a varied and adventurous time with a variety of females and have good memories to take me into my elder years.

Maybe talk to your doctor:

There might be something medical wise. Which is affecting your abilities.

Physical issues like heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and smoking can all cause erectile dysfunction.

Could be low testosterone at your age. See if you can get on trt. A regular dose of test at our age is a maintenance thing rather than anything else. It also works as a feel good drug too. I mean if you’re getting low, feeling lethargic etc. it eliminates that too. And then there’s no problem down below either.

As others have said you should take some advice.

I'd recommend you try and spice things up with your wife before you start playing away, unless she's on board with you being here.

Even if the little man dosent work theres mouths, tongue and fingers to stimulate your partners, a penis isn't the be all and end all. Most females can come more easily with exrernal play than internal anyway. Enjoy your new way of the giving and recieving of plessure.

Yes, I have been on here for over 10 years but I haven’t been married for 10 years and I haven’t cheated on my wife. The woman I have spoken to on here who thinks she could turn me on messaged me after I posted up one of my stories. I haven’t encouraged her nor will I be meeting her. My wife may not know I’m on here but that doesn’t mean I’m cheating on her.

Similar situation, love my wife endlessly but we have never had great sex due to different tastes. It's not the end of world for me. Lately just not been into sex at all.

Exactly the same here. She’s my world but I’m just not interested in sex these days. Definitely couldn’t live without her and would not do anything to jeopardise that.

Who said I was considering have sec with her.

Just to clarify she messaged me after I posted a story. She has pursued an intimate conversation I have merely said to her that I have a problem with getting turned on. And yes, I have also told her I’m married. This has not fazed her but I have no intention of doing anything with her or anyone else.

As has been pointed out I have been on here 10 years, I’ve been with my wife for 2 and married for less than 1. I am only on here for the forums and the stories. I haven’t done anything with my profile for a while because quite honestly I haven’t been bothered but it seems there’s a whole bunch of critics and detectives on here that as soon as you post something, especially something as brutally honest as I have about a very sensitive and vulnerable issue you just get all the armchair critics jumping on to kick someone when they’re down.

Whatever you do please don’t volunteer for the Samaritans, you’ll only up the suicide rate considerably.

I dont consider 56 to be the age to loose your sex drive. Ide meet her if i was you. It could be fun and if nothing works then you can always please just her. Your toung can be a powerfull weapon.

Go and see your doctor and get referred to a specialist. That's what helps, random women making false prmoises are not.

There are pills for this problem.

Seems like that woman is turned on by the challenge, but it's your choice you cheat or not.

Firstly, I'd say to take 10 seconds of your evening and remove this part of your profile:

"Single guy looking to catch up on some much needed fun."

If you don't want negativity about possibly cheating on your wife then remove the part that specifically states you're looking to cheat on your wife

Secondly, make an appointment with your Dr. They've heard it all and more before and will be able to advise what could be done to help.
