"We are heading to Benidorm in February 2024 and looking for advice. Firstly were should we stay. We want it close to the fun...strip clubs...music etc...? Second, anyone else going in February, 2024? Thirdly, is anyone liveing out there interested in meeting? Lastly, are there any recommendations on things to try while there? Obviously it's a sex holiday lasting about 5 days! Thanks in advance. Xx" Hi both of you I’ve been to Benidorm area 4 times this year & had plenty of fun, but I’m a single man so you’d be best asking couples for advice. There’s lots of info in the Spain section of the forum & there are 2 very good WhatsApp groups run by justforfunbenidorm, 1 is for singles & couples the other is exclusively for couples, I can pass on your username if you want, best of luck in your quest there’s a chance I’ll be there in February but it’s ok I won’t contact you further | |||

In February Benidorm is (to say the least) a bit thin, especially in the Levante (new town) area. Also it is usually the coolest month of the year. In the daytime and early evening there will be plenty of people (mostly Spanish pensioners) on the promenade and in the restaurants in the old town but very little late on. Of course there will be some people in and around The Square and at the weekend quite a few younger Spanish will be around. But it is a million miles from the more busy months and some of the show bars will be closed. Strip clubs are not something we take much notice of but the ones (I think there are 2) on Calle Gerona look more like thinly disguised brothels. Some (but not all) of the gay bars in the old town are couple friendly and can be fun. Also in the old town is Benidorm's only swinger club "The Swing". At the moment it opens 2 nights a week (but that could change) and in its other daytime guise as El Sofa cinema it is open 7 days a week. In the daytime it tends to attract quite a few gay/bi guys but also some couples. In February numbers in there will be (at best) hit and miss. To be honest, if I was looking for a 5 day sex holiday at that time of year it would be Gran Canary or Gran Canary......... or maybe Gran Canary. | |||
