Does a read message but not deleted mean someone is considering? As if it's deleted I then I know.

Depends on what the original message is, sometimes we will read them and mark em back as unread to reply to later when we get chance, but if the message does not catch our attention or is just one word sorry it gets deleted, we look at it as we wouldn't want to meet someone who just says hi, need to be creative but not over the top.
