I weighed myself at the gym and it’s one of those clever ones that does mass mass and sadly fat mass too. Now I’m not slim by any means and neither am I morbidly obese. The machine described me as solid which I figured equates to dad bod.

Essentially, there’s a good amount of muscle but it’s hidden by a layer of fat because I love food too much! I can flex my pecs but it looks like man boobs jiggling!!!

Anyway, I’d happily take the “solid” description but it’s not available. What description would you wish for on here?
