I have one that doesn't vibrate and I don't think vibration would really help either. It's just a simple piece of sculpted hard plastic with a nob to rub against the perineum and a handle. They are shaped to massage your prostate, best use some lube to insert up your arse, but it feels lovely and basically you can cum just by using it to rub your prostate and not even touch your cock.
