We saw a lady at the naked beach bar the other day with the most amazing protruding nipples. They were an inch plus long each and that was seemingly permanent and without any stimulation. We were too shy to ask her about them, but got very turned on from the sight. Some Google research attempted later was none too informative, so what do people know about this subject- are they usually a (welcome) natural endowment, or the result of lots of 'training' them?
