Picture the scene, I'm at a club or party by myself, having some fun with a couple or single lady.

At the end of the night they say, "hey - let's stay in touch, our Fab profile name is something-or-other"

OK, nice. Find them on Fab the next day only to see they have single men blocked - at this point why even tell me the profile name?

Were they expecting that I'm part of a couple out by myself cheating on the other half?

Surely "we've had fun but let's not take this any further" is a perfectly acceptable answer...

Maybe pop them a friend's request just because they have singe men blocked doesn't mean they don't mean what they said, we used to have single men blocked but we still had some male friends we kept in touch with.

I didn't realize you could send friend requests to people who blocked "your type"

I know you can't do verifications (or I can't, anyway)

They probably haven't even thought about having men blocked tbh, I'm sure they wouldn't have bothered giving their fab name and real one if they didn't actually want to stay in touch.

This is correct. Unfortunately you'll have to wait to see if they contact you or you see them again. Do they use the forum? You could leave a comment on a thread they're on and see if they comment. Otherwise just have the memory of a fun night.

Leave a club review and see if they contact you. We’ve met people at clubs and made contact that way.

Also someone had some business cards with their Fab name in their little play bag / we thought that was a good idea

Fabmin for us does our the window in a club
