It's something we've enjoyed many times, but "regular" is the difficult bit.

Sometimes that's been 3-4 times before he's disappeared.

We met one guy in the UK who became a regular for many years, but it's not likely to happen again for various reasons.

Would be nice to find another guy though..

We’ve been looking for sometime. There’s a lot of forum posts from single men about how difficult it is to get a meet, but it’s just as difficult for a cpl to get a meet with a single guy let alone a regular arrangement. Far too many dreamers and fantasists who either have no intention of meeting or bottle it and don’t show even for a social with Starchild.

For us, meets with a regular are far better as we want the social and sexual connection between all three, it makes meets much more fun for all involved when that happens, unfortunately it doesn’t happen very often

I do sympathise believe it or not, I’m way out of your age requirement, but I see that people let other down. When I was part of a couple here we had the same problems. Far more dreamers than I had ever imagined. In some cases it was stage fright but the majority were either wanking at the idea of meeting or simply on here as someone told them about the site and thought it was a joke.

Distance plays a part, so we would usually meet at a club and that way it wasn’t a total waste of time.

Now my issue as a solo male is the cost of clubs and also membership , but that’s another story.

We find it very hard to find a 3rd, especially more so when it's for a 3rd female. Being up north seems to be more difficult aswell trying to find what could be a 'UNICORN'.

We've thought about trying to find a couple but that seems to be just as hard also.

We had a few messages but when we reply that they must be exclusive, we never hear back. Suppose that's fair as it what we should expect from people on here but that's not for us.

I'm sure it is something a lot of people would like, but the reality of finding someone local enough, with the same free time and the connection/attraction is not that easy.

I have had that with a couple from a site I joined before Fab, it wasn't that often looking back, maybe a dozen times a year for three years, but it definitely helps getting to know them, their likes, dislikes, both vanilla and kink, and losing those pre-meet nerves.

I would be content to find others I connect with, in the hope it was more than a one off. The effort it takes definitely outweighs the filtering through profiles and inevitable unlos for one offs.

It's not been too successful though. One guy coupled up after the first meet and moved away from fab.

I think it really depends on both. Mostly about that connection. Been a regular for both a couple and single ladies for years. I personally prefer that to one offs. Even at club nights, I had preferred people as long as we were both happy with it all. Made for more intense sessions.

Your profile doesn't read that way (couples only, looking for a male and a female etc) and your profile is set up to auto block single males. Males can't contact you unless you message them first.

The auto block seems to be a common theme - I've seen plenty of folk putting up posts and Events looking for single males, but I have been unable to get in touch as they have blocked all men.

I think this is the reason. Having been a third a few times I find a lot of couples get carried away in their desires alone and expect what they want as final.

The few that have worked out for me are ones where desires of all involved are considered.

Well, so many couple posters bemoaning the fact they can't find a third makes me realise I've been extraordinarily lucky in my sex life. With my first wife, we found a guy we met regularly for three years before we moved away. More recently, I met a couple regularly for a couple of years, then after a gap, found the couple I've been meeting for the last four years and hope to be doing so for some time yet. So maybe I have won the lottery!

For quite some time after I was married, I was looking to be a regular third with a couple -- I'd have considered lots of situations, but the one I particularly was looking for was to be in a relationship with each person in a couple and together (thruple) in a poly way. It didn't need to be 'live in' but regular, and open (in that it would be transparent) -- however there are several challenges --

1) its rare a couple is new enough that there isn't a heirarchical arrangement in place already -- being a 'third' in a well established relationship (other than for fun) can be difficult to have needs met

2) It's rare that a relationship develops well between all parties -- unless one is bi. I'm bi friendly. but I'm not attracted to guys on their own. (I do enjoy power play, but that's another story). so finding the right dynamic for the interaction between all the parties is jolly difficult.

Of course, regularish playtime can be great, and fun and for a time are largely satisfying if that's all you're looking for and you all get on ok. but given a choice between mostly being on my own (say) and playing occasionally with a couple, or focussing on finding a partner who would also play, and the choice is clear.

Also. for every couple looking for someone 'regular' there's 10* looking for 'truly single' (ha!) men that they play with once or perhaps twice.. it's a numbers game, I think.. -- but folk perhaps have different views on the matter

I’ve had couples over the years that I play regularly with. That maybe only be every three months or so, but it’s enough to build up a connection with, without it becoming stale.
