Guess I will be the first to say that I find them visually hot and erotic, and also belly button piercings are hot, but do not like pierced nipples for playtime.

Sucking a piece of metal does not turn me on, I prefer a rock hard pointy warm nipple in my mouth to play with my tongue. Also, the nipple piercing has come out loose in two occasions with two different ladies in the middle of play, which was funny but stopped the action (for a bit).

Perhaps I should circle my tongue anti clockwise next time I'm playing with pierced nipples, so they get screwed harder rather than loose
