Due to testicular cancer I had to have one removed and it makes me feel self conscious. Should I ??

If it does seriously impede your confidence, testicular implants are a thing. Even come in different sizes.

We've met a guy before who had one removed for medical reasons, he let us know before just so there wasn't any surprises, paraphrasing what Mrs told him it went along the lines of "thanks but don't be daft, you're respectful polite friendly etc couldn't care less if you've only got one testy"

He may have felt self conscious about it, but it wasn't even a concern of ours.
