Any correlation between small feet and difficulties giving birth would be due to small feet potentially equating to a narrow pelvis and not a tight vagina.

I did find a 1997 journal article on the subject and it's conclusion was;

This study did not find any relationship between small shoe size and cesarean section delivery.
