So, I've not been to a club meet yet, and would love to go, but I'd like to meet for a coffee with someone's who's been, just to ask a few questions and get to know the vibe a bit.

Preferably female/couple.

We’ve been once, we were a bit shy as first timers nobody approached us, so we left. Lol

Try the London Surrey social. It's a social at a club. Two birds, one stone. Clubs are not as daunting as you imagine

Oh seriously. So many "single" guys on here who can't walk in a pub on their own get a drink at the bar and say hi to the person next to them.

Maybe try attending a social. You can meet lots of people that will have been to clubs and then you get a real feel for who attends and make some friends with no pressure? X

This! If you want to be in the lifestyle, you've got to step out of your comfort zone, no one else will do it for you.

Someone who isn't confident enough to go alone to a social or club red flags to us.

There are also more nurturing types out there who will happily lend a hand.
