Get hold of some diazepam.......it's a muscle relaxant...that's if yours is the usual tight spasm that occurs

I've done the Osteopath a couple of times... she says its just a muscle spasm

bloody painful one though lol

and I want to fix it without the £40 this time

Mostly there is an insignificant physical problem....then your body tightens up to protect that area.....result......bad back pain..no movement....and it's draining....

talk to your doctor about the drug I mentioned earlier......if I feel a bad back coming...a twinge or something...I get in from work..administer a low dosage..then mong out for the evening....

For me this was better and cheaper than the previous twenty years of osteos and chiros...

And antininflams....

no cure....just minimise the pain/ discomfort

depends whats up with it - muscular, skeletal etc - pain relief is the obvious one but i think it can sometimes mask a serious problem and more damage done as a result - definately see the doc

Did they not give you stretches or exercises to strengthen it?
