FabSwingers.com forum: Possible Scam?

Just curious if anyone else has had similar...

Messaged a woman on fab, got talking, exchanged numbers. She's very keen to meet, same day, as it's their only free night without kids, insists they come to you because they can't accommodate. Talked on the phone and can verify they are actually a real woman.

Fair enough so far..

Then asks if you can cashapp them some money because they don't have enough petrol to get to mine.

I offer to pay for a taxi for them or give them the cash for petrol money back once they are at mine.

This is not good enough apparently, as they did that before and the guy wouldn't pay.

Offered to pre-pay for a taxi there and back that she can confirm with the taxi company before coming.

This isn't acceptable apparently.

Is this a scam? Seems like it to me.

Or am I just being too careful?
