Haha that happened to me. I was striding confidently across a square and my heel got caught in the pavement gap and my foot came off the shoe.

Before I could compose myself, an old man hurried to help, freeing my shoe and passing it over to me. As I was on my knees putting it back on, he patted me on the head and said... "good girl"...
