Couple all enthusiastic and then less and less now

We are supposed to meet a couple, all chat was good and then over time the chat has died down, they were after meeting us at there area, should we bother or let it go.

I do find if chats linger on they dwindle, I've nothing new to tell people about my day there's only so much small talk I can make.

Doesn't generally mean I don't want to meet though I just have nothing to write about.

Pretty much this. We have had convos die away. Some people are dreamers and this is just a fantasy to get them off,for others they might have just changed their minds about meeting up with you which is their prerogative but they should have had the respect to at least inform you of their change of mind. We had this happen with a few so understand your frustration but id just move in if i was you. Joanne.
