Dogging etiquette

Apologies if this has been covered 100 times already but... Is the old dogging etiquette of: "inside lights on = we want to be watched" still a thing?

Does everyone use apps instead these days?

(Further apologies for sounding like an old codger)

I’m yet to verify this is true . But what I’m told is the female participant will usually lie on the bonnet legs apart and her male companion will stand a few yards in front of her holding 2 high viz lights ( like they use to guide planes around runways) and use them to guide the eager erect cocked doggees to their target
