You must be flaccid. Hold the ring in front of your balls but under your cock. Pinch a little of your scrotum and pull one ball through, then the other so the rign encircles both balls, (but at this point it shouldn't be at all tight. Double your cock up so the end points down through the rign, then pull it through.
