"Church candles from any major store are fine, just stay away from scented or coloured for time being ( they can be used once you have a coat of candle wax on ) and also drip from a high height and work down to you find your level. dont just drip from inch,s straight of " I work with wax. This is a great answer. The soft white wax is good and melts well and easily at low temps. Even so dont drip it from a low height to start or it will burn the skin. Harder waxes melt at higher temperatures, as do the oils and perfumes infused in some candles so thet can only be used for effect on top of a harder coat of plain wax. Make sure you havent got any oil or perfume on before you put the wax on. Probably wont but might heat it up and give you a reaction. | |||
