I get it a lot. Generally I say ‘no thank you’ because I prefer people are honest about it but I will ask about it and listen to an explanation as to why before deciding.

What bugs me more is men insisting they are 100% straight but who have pics and veris from having sex with men, or straight men begging me to meet them. Both are a no-no for me.

I would say 2/3 messages I received previously are from straight guys. I once kept a tally when I was bored so I know it’s quite precise.

I turn them down as I don’t like to think of them experimenting on me. There’s also the danger aspect as afterwards how will they react ? worst case violently or they’ll be straight out of the door.

But most of all, why go with a complete amateur when there’s plenty of fit bi guys. They’re comfortable with their sexuality, experienced and most of the time not rushing to get the meet over and done with, so it’s often more passionate and enjoyable.

A quick browse through the forums will let you know why - Fab has some deeply biphobic attitudes towards men (it is, of course, fine with bisexual women). It also seems to be really confused about what bisexuality actually is - bisexual people aren't only attracted to other bisexuals (there was a thread about how to block bi-men where people seemed deeply unsure about this!). So while lying about it isn't great, it's not hard to see why people do it.

Also, fab doesn't *actually* let you list your sexuality in a meaningful way. It let's you say you are gay or straight and whether you are looking for men, women, couples or TS/CDs. It's really hard to accurately convey bisexuality using such a shit set of options!

Before anyone chimes in to say "but it's a preference! I'm not scared of bisexuals so I can't be phobic!", not wanting to meet me (a bisexual) is a preference and I couldn't care less about that. Saying "I don't want to meet bisexuals" is less fine and is driven by something else (and let's be honest - it's biphobia on some level, whether you realise it or not). It's not like saying you aren't into men or women (which is, as ever fine, nobody wants to make you fuck dudes if you don't want to) but when you are looking for a dude to rail your wife, whether than dude has had sex with other dudes in the past, doesn't matter *unless you think the fact he's railed dudes in the past means implies something about him*.

Starting to find this.

I’m married and straight - I find women attractive and sexually arousing.

I don’t find men attractive or sexually arousing. However I’m open minded, enjoy pegging from female and inquisitive to think ‘what’s it like to be with a guy’ so at some point I want to explore that but I’ve set mine as bicurious. But with 0 experience bi guys aren’t interested. Couples aren’t interested and some guys shouldn’t be allowed online let alone talk to people with how blunt and ‘weird/desperate’ they come across.

Issue is seeing more women and couples explicitly say no bi men. I’m currently straight as I’ve not experienced males. Yet excluded.

Just feel double standards and male homophobia; made worse when the female is bi!
