Most places don’t ever check, plenty of easier courses around that still do stay and play too.

Loads around the NEC and lots of hotels too

Courses include West Midlands, Stonebridge, North Warwickshire, Forest of Arden (two courses), maxstoke, olton, windmill village, widney manor, used to be a municipal near the airport as well

All within 15 mins drive of NEC.

Yes, I could make a midlands day. Loads of courses around the Midlands, plenty with hotels too. I guess with price in mind, place with chain hotels near by would be a good shout. Gives the option for all then.

The biggest obstacle is picking a date and preying for the weather gods to smile in this country.

It’s in good nick pretty open and greens are not overly fast if you want a test the PGA is a better bet.
