Newcastle upon Tyne

I once messaged a couple in Bournemouth when I lived in Oxford. Unexpectedly, they wanted to meet that very evening, so I had little choice but to check trains immediately!

It was about 2.5hrs there, and 3hrs (plus an inevitable delay!) back. Definitely a risk for folks I hadn't encountered before – but it was worth it!

Aha I have had that gone to see someone and they were a fake profile so definitely risky esp if no trains bk lol but sometimes I think the risk is what drives the extra excitement

If I was meeting alone ,not very far on a first meet ,too many people standing others up lately.

If Jack and I were meeting another couple then I think we'd be prepared to go further (when were meeting again) or arrange a club between us,then if they don't show we've still got each other.

As a rule I wouldn't travel more than 45 minutes for a social and that would only be if I had made checks to know they were genuine and likely to turn up.

After meeting a certain person once, I travelled from Stoke to Italy to visit him for a few days

The equatorial diameter of Earth which is about 7926 miles (12,756 km) if need be...

By this, I mean for that one and only person deemed to be my soul mate, there would be no boundary in terms of distance.

Love has no boundaries.

On fabs it's just lust but I live in hope that one day I may just meet that one special lady in my life to take me away from all this madness.

Making me a better person.

Am disconcerted when people travel too far to meet me. One guy came from North Wales to London via public transport. He had to get a hotel bc I didn't want him staying at mine. I found it put too much pressure on me. I didn't like it and wouldn't put myself in that position again.

If had a genuine connection with a couple or female the distance would not be an issue practically I tend to look and meet more people locally or within an hour but that’s due I guess to lately I meet more whom I’ve met socially in local clubs now as opposed to from here but as say if right connection distance isn’t apart from the practicality of it an issue x

For swing? I've travelled from hertfodshire to Quakers yard Wales. Those were cheaper times. Now I barely go outside the county.

For a potential partner, same distance, if not further

I wouldn’t let the distance put me off at all so anywhere in the country is a possibility, I’m obviously not going to jump in the car after a few messages so I’d already have a connection established with them or a meet would not even be an option. When you commit so much time getting to know somebody what is a few hours in a car to actually meet them ?? I’ve spent hours / days chatting to what’s turned out to be complete liars and time wasters
