I stopped caring... half the time they don't get read anyway lol. I send a short message introducing myself, direct them to my gallery and say that if I interst them to reply and if I don't then there's no love lost... if I get a reply then cool, if not, cool.

Just say 'Hi'.

People will say they want all sorts from a first message and that's their prerogative but you can tie yourself in knots trying to fulfil their requirements. In reality most will look at a profile and pictures before deciding to respond anyway and even Shakespeare would struggle if they didn't like the look of him.

By saying hi, introducing yourself and probably something that shows you've read their profile.

Tbh I don't really care much about 1st messages as long as it's not 1 word or sexual.

We have tried everything, we often wonder what the secret formula is (yehh we know, there isn't one) but most of our messages get ignored. ... which is frustrating

Hi op

Start by reading their bio or viewing the pictures

You may find something interesting to begin with

I start by telling them that they’re only worthy of talking to me if they can solve a riddle.

Second part of the message is the riddle.

Third part of the message I usually write in a language of my choice off of Google translate, asking them how their day is.

If the person I’m messaging can’t even make the effort to solve a riddle, translate a message and respond then they really aren’t worth talking to.

"Best way to start a message?"

Just throw an upside down pineapple at someone you fancy - it is just as effective and slightly more rewarding.

Honestly it makes no difference really. My advice is read the profile and adapt your message to what they are looking for. When Mrs Cherry replies to a guy they will have sent a cock pic (no pic no reply because thats all shes bothered about). They will be able to string a sentence together with out using text talk. Finally their profile picture backgrounds will be tidy and they will be able to accommodate.

I like starters that get to the point, like "Hi, are you interested in [kink, social meet, cams, etc]?". So you can give a solid yes or no without itching to faff through smalltalk. I also personally don't mind if it's explicit but I know most people don't like that, so a good inbetween would probably work out well.

We like to start with a little introduction about us, saying hello and just being friendly.

not that it matters as 90% of the time we get ignored,

I send little to no messages but I have found that less is more. A simple hi I liked your profile/pics and would love to chat usually suffices to get a reply.

As said above people look at the profile to make the call so if you avoid the usual red flag messaging faux pax then if your not getting replies it's better to invest your time in your profile
