Pictures in clubs???

I’m wondering how pictures and photos are taken in clubs? Most clubs I’ve visited have a policy of leaving phones in lockers or cars.

Have things changed or do some clubs have relaxed policy on these things now?

Behind the bike shed!

We’ve been to a few clubs, most are totally against having pictures taken there at all. One however made no mention of it in their rules or welcome and going by the number of pics on people’s profile from there, I’d guess they’re ok with it!

I would assume it’s private venues hire some clubs you can book for private hire

or a filming night where everyone is made aware beforehand that there will be cameras and such

As ever club or sanuna I have been to has a no phones outside the Locker

If you're heading to a locked room and you ask permission and explain it's just to be used in that room most clubs will let you as long as you put it straight back into your locker when you've finished.

We do not allow any mobile phones, smart watches or cameras past reception.

However if you ask a member of staff we can arrange for you to take some photos as long as there is consent for all involved.

As others have said, a lot of cubs have a no phones rule. So probably not a good idea to take pics as if posted, it might mean you don’t get to revisit!

I'm aware of at least one club where you can keep your phone with you but you're not allowed to take pictures. Unlikely that will be abused

It’s one of the things that actually puts us off going. we have kids that would need to be able to contact us if something was wrong.

That means we can only attend when we’re able to stay away and get a sitter. We’ve managed once in about 3 years lol

Some club's are stricter than others. Some will allow photo's in a locked room if all consent, we've never seen people with their phones out in communal areas though.

This worries me too, I feel like I'd be back and forth to the locker just making sure all was ok
