You've sent too many messages too close together, it's to prevent spam, and encourage you to be more selective

Oh that's odd. It happened to me at the weekend playing a forum game sending messages, I only sent 8, and my ban lasted about 45 mins. It'll go soon, fingers crossed anyway!!
