I am looking for a decent free photo editing site. Mainly all I want to be able to do is a bit of pixilization and cropping.

Yeah Lightroom is good, although not familiar with the free version.

For free programmes you can't go wrong with DaVinci Resolve, either.

We us Photo Editor ,the free one easy to use but good for basic stuff like you mentioned
