guys and attraction online vrs real

how many times have you ladies and couples said no to guys because of attraction and then seen the same guy at a club or party and think ok we got that one wrong hes actually.. quite hot

me one recently and maybe a few in the pass where photos do no justice at all dont get me wrong i get most right but every now and then the camera really does lie

same goes for fuys who been compleate assholes online yet in clubs come across as really nice people lol is it just online fustration ???

also understand it can and does work the other way to when you think oh they are hot and then face to face its erm nope not happening

this happens to me a lot I don’t think I’m that bad, slightly aesthetically challenged, be rough round the edges had a hard paper round, if you get the chance for the banter always seems to work out, blokes do it a lot too

You must have an incredible memory if you are able to look at someone’s pictures on here and recognise them if you see them out at a club after that. I’m assuming you’re only looking at the pictures once or twice as you aren’t going to keep going back to look at them once you’ve decided you aren’t attracted to him. How soon after looking at the pictures did you see them in person?

Can you remember everyone whose photos you look at on here then?

Online we see static photos and a bit of text. All we can do is judge by things that are built in to our brains like symmetry or bone structure and the like, layered with a nuance of what we can guess of their characters from the text - the tone of which is easily misread.

In real life we see the organic growth of a smile, how it matches the twinkle in their eye, *how they respond to what we do and say*. And we can get a much better read on the compatibility of their character from a few minutes of conversation than a mile of text. All because we have senses that are attuned to these things that get absolutely no information from an online profile.

So it's not surprising there's a mismatch.
