Deep throat training

Anyone completed their deep throat training course

Apparently it involves training your gag reflex not to respond by putting your toothbrush at the back of your throat a few times a day

I'm blessed with pretty much zero gag reflex so haven't trained but I've heard good things from gfs about the numbing spray really helping with this too

I’ve tried this many times and have failed to make any progress. I just continue to gag more violently. So frustrating

On a serious note, please don't put a toothbrush down your throat. Dysphagia will absolutely fuck up your ability to swallow solid food as an older adult.

Stick with dicks

Deepthroat for me is only actually pleasurable if they can genuinely deepthroat like a pro .. if it's all struggling and gagging don't worry about it just do what can comfortably

I am not the person to say how, just reiterating that forcing a toothbrush down your throat is likely going to cause issues.
