Seven inches (as measured on a ruler, not an optimistic guesstimate) is about the maximum I can manage comfortably.

Below four inches can still be good providing the guy has other skills

Doesn't it depend on who you are pleasing and what they like. Because I am not a huge fan of prolonged oral I prefer a guy who is good with his hands and cock and sometimes size does matter, but if a woman loves oral then the cock size isn't always as important as the technique.
