I’ve heard of men being able to control when they cum by stopping it happening until they want it to but they orgasm at the same time, I’ve never heard of anyone being able to stop themselves from ejaculating when they orgasm though.

How do you control it then?

Well I didn’t want to say anything because I have no real knowledge and was just guessing but it doesn’t sound like it’s a good thing to happen as it’s a natural reaction to ejaculate when you orgasm, and normally if a natural reaction doesn’t behave how it’s meant to then it means there’s something wrong.

When we get hot it’s a natural reaction to sweat, when we cry it’s a natural reaction for our tear ducts to release tears, we can’t control that and if they don’t happen together it’s a sign that our body isn’t working properly. The same applies for ejaculating when we orgasm.

You literally started the OP by saying ‘I’m not sure if this is normal or healthy’…but now you’re saying you’ve had tests done and been given the all clear. So you know it’s not normal otherwise you wouldn’t have gone to the doctors about it and you know it’s healthy (well not unhealthy anyway) as the tests came back all clear.

If it happens every time I would get medical advice. If it happens occasionally I wouldn't be over concerned, but keep an eye on it. It has happened to me on a few occasions, and I got it checked out. Was advised it is fairly common, but if frequent it *could* be the sign of something sinister, including diabetes and cancer, but there are other mechanical causes too. If worried, get it checked.
