Age ranges

I genuinely don't get some peeps age ranges. I can understand some not wanting young/old but is there really a difference between a 49 and a 50 year old as an example. If you set a preference, at least allow others to say hi, you might be surprised.

You have set your age preference to 65 op , it has to be set somewhere unless you want to meet 99 year olds.

For some age is flexible and they may meet a year or 2 out.

For others it's set in stone ,just try and connect with those who are happy to meet people of your age.

Completely agree. Leave people to like what they like. They have their reasons and don't need to justify them. I've had stick either side of the age barrier for my preferences.

Will I adjust them as I age, potentially. Do I want messages about people whinging about it, absolutely not. I set my messages to only receive in my age range now because it got that annoying.

My age range is set in stone because I get bombarded with messages within my age range. It is another filter than makes it manageable.

I get this, especially for single women on here, I was talking more about those that set the limits then don't allow communication. In not judging and I'm going to check mine now to make sure it's not a hard limit

As a single guy it makes no sense to limit your messages but as a couple or single female there is literally no reason to allow everyone as it's not like you're going to miss anything you couldn't find closer to your preferences.

We don't limit our messages but completely see why people do

we set ages based on our kids and parents, we dont want those sorts of images when playing
