Broke a rib on Monday had to work hard all week with it, builder walls down lifting carry to skip and finished every day in pain and today after moving and installing 3 large steels for an extension carrying it from front to back of a house

Tbf sounds like my day was a cake walk then! No fun having broken ribs.... Painful! I hope you game a speedy recovery.

No harm in chancing your arm!

A stupid amount of work to do in a day today. On top of a brutal week. Backs killing me! But at least it's Friday

Rough week.

9 meetings made on progress because people didn't do their work.

My son got a stomach bug so we spent 4 days dealing with that and little to no sleep.

Planned today off to recharge and relax, booked in to get my hair done. Someone tell me why I thought a 9am appointment was a good idea. Chopped all my hair off and don't think I suit it but oh well, hair grows
