I think we all go through different confidence levels, and I know that my confidence can be on a high one week and then crushed the next. Especially atm I know I need to build it back up.

But what was the moments for you where you managed to pull it back together and have that "damn, I look amazing" moment?

I think for me it was when I lost 5st in weight, the physical change in my appearance, being able to fit in clothes better and not feeling as out of breath or sleeping better as a result.

That’s when my confidence grew.

I never get that damn I look amazing moment, but I whatever happens I’m confident I can deal with it. That gives me confidence.

It's probably a strange one but the photos the Mr takes for fab always give me a little confidence boost, I look at them and think wow that's actually me, especially on the low conference days where I don't like what I see in the mirror I have his pics to remind me I can be sexy.

Feeling desired is a complicated bag and is dependent on how you feel about the perceptions of other’s towards you. It’s riddled with speculation and can be unhelpful. I generally feel good about myself but I take a fair amount of me time to do that. I don’t think this question has an easy answer but it’s a very interesting one.

Hasn't and I doubt it ever will. I'm brilliant at faking it though. Meet me in person, clothed or naked, you'd never know how little self confidence I have.

Thanks for your replies guys, it's wild to see how a picture can make a person feel more amazing. And it's also sad to see that a few don't have the confidence when looking amazing.

I do think sometimes it comes to faking it until you make it.
