Are good for cleaning the colon. Wish someone would have told me I'm supposed to eat them though

Such messy things , just evaporate to messy sticky black goo, u less u put them in the freezer. Get much longer out of them

There are places that provide colonic irrigation if you need to get rid of the mess, or you could just put the shower hose up and diy
