I have no profile pics and it doesn't stop me getting messages but it does cut down the number to a more manageable level. I'm happy to send a face pic when chatting to someone.

Tend to think no body pics means they’re hiding something or aren’t interested in meeting.

You can always get a pic where you wouldn’t be recognised; torso, legs, dick and so on. For us no pics means they’re usually cheating or they’re not what they profess to be such as a guy pretending to be a couple.

Definite red flag to us.

As said above we can all add something in this day and age that's not a face or genital pic.

Many men will chat to shadows though,where as lots of women/couples wouldn't.When I joined fab years ago ,I had no pics at all and 50+messages in no time.

People can construct their profile according to their own choices (and fab rules), and don't have to justify their choices to anyone.

Yep.

But then some people like an uphill struggle and making life difficult for themselves, then come on the forums asking why nobody replies to their messages, nobody contacts them and wonders why they're not getting the interest they want.

It's easy enough to post pics that don't identify you if you're worried about it. The majority keep faces private.

Anyone can do anything they wish within the rules. But certain things put up barriers to engagement and not having visible photos is definitely one of them. Why would someone waste time and effort contacting a blank profile when there are so many with photos and well written text to consider.

I'm not looking to connect with women or couples do it's not an issue. I'm doing this my way and have been quite successful so far, so don't see any reason to change.
