On my profile it is clear that I am bisexual. Have been for many years. Ì often get contacted by men who have a profile of Straight. These "Straight" want to have sex with me, so they are clearly not Straight.

So would love some thoughts from men and women, as to why they hide there true sexuality,

Simple op. Bisexual men is generally seen as lesser than straight for the majority of people in life.

It’s about increasing odds of getting sex meets on here why they kept it discreet

Its a funny subject

For me i dont fancy guys, or want to kiss, cuddle then etc and im just looking for occasional willing mouth, but only when not had any fem or cpl fun in ages.

So i do put bisexual in here when looking for that.

Here is a place where you can (in theory) be yourself and meet like-minded people, so why there are those that pretend they're something else, is beyond me.

I think lots of men pretend they're straight because they want to also appeal to women and couples that prefer straight guys and they don't want to limit their options.

Or maybe they're not ready to open up to themselves yet

...who knows! Fab is full of all kinds of deception that we don't entertain.

Some guys hide it on here because some women won't meet bi men

If sexuality genuinely doesn't matter why is it a problem if someone has the wrong label?

I can't help with that I'm bi and married to a bi man I'm not one with an issue about it

They view them as dirty or high risk is the most common reason

For us, if a guy labels himself straight when he's bi, so he can play with couples that don't want bi men, he's being dishonest and therefore isn't trustworthy. I get that there is this perception that bi guys are more promiscuous and, allegedly a higher risk. But if they are getting regularly tested, that shouldn't be an issue.

And, as some couples have mentioned in previous threads, if a bi guy jumps on your straight husband, he obviously has no concept of consent

I can see why some men hide it,as a lot of profiles still state no bi men, whilst being totally accepting of bi women.

I have seen women say they're straight too though ,when they regularly play with women.I don't get that as bi women are encouraged and it's almost expected that women on the scene are bi.

Like with anything on here though ,people hide things to suit themselves and don't care about deceiving others.

My other half can be orally bi & we're e totally upfront about it on our joint profile .

It's always best to be honest with others ,then they can make an informed choice to meet or not.

I'm a sissy and sexuality is complicated. I overwhelmingly meet men who identity as straight.

I can say the sex with them is very different to sex with a gay man.

The men I meet that fuck sissies seem hyper masculine. More masculine than the average straight man and often very fit. They're very dominant towards me and very much treat me like a girl and I treat them as a good girl would treat a straight man.

They penetrate me and have no interest in my clit. The majority don't even acknowledge it like it doesn't exist.

I feel like a woman with them and dress as one and they very much act as a straight man would at all times.

If they weren't straight why do they like me to be as feminine as possible and have zero interest in the part that would typically define me as male

I don't think who we have sex with necessarily defines sexuality x

I class myself as straight but have no issue with being around other cocks in a 3some ect I have very little experience with bi couples (once where a bi guy was licking his wife's pussy while I was fucking her and he did lick my balls a few times) but I don't have a problem with the male in a couple taking an interest but I would never be looking at a male on male scenario so don't think I could class myself as bi or even bi curious. I would be playing with the couple and that is part of respecting that they come as a couple

They see it as high risk and more likely to get an STI

I got messages from straight guys all the time wanting to meet me for sex clearly they're not straight and I point it out to them.

I understand that some women don't meet BI men but I'm confused when they have BI curious on their profile.

A sex act is just a sex act it shouldn't matter what you prefer I have BI on my profile but I don't believe in labels for sexuality as it's got out of hand now

We're just humans who like sex and that's it for me.

Swinging for us is all about trust, to lie about something so inconsequential is a shit starting block. We couldn't care less if people are straight, curious or bi as long as they are trustworthy.

I used to be part of a Couples profile on here and one time I was manning the fort on our profile and got chatting to a guy looking to meet couples and his profile stated "straight" which at that time was of interest to us as an active couple.

My other half quite liked this guy so the chat continued for a few days and we inevitably discussed desires. And he out of the blue asked if he could suck me off. Naturally I questioned this. Mainly as I identify as straight as did he.

His reply surprised me...

He basically confessed he was bisexual so was drawn to meet couples is a "best of both worlds" theme. Ok, get that. However, because the competition on Fab for single guys is so massive he puts "straight" on his profile so as not to eliminate himself from a chance with those who do not wish to meet bi males. But then he can always chip in later with the "I'm actually bi but I keep it very secret due whatever reason he wants to give" card.

It was simply a numbers thing to him. So desperate to try and edge the competition.

Hope that might answer your question OP for at least some guys on here - I'm sure he's not the only one.

No, we didn't meet him.

Because they don't want to.

Or they find the thought of 2 men together disgusting.

Or they think bi men are more likely to have risky sex/ STI's.

Or....

They might not be 'out' to themselves.

They might not want friends or family to find their profile and see the sexuality.
