SO I received this message and asked him if he has any photos (blank profile). He then says not until you answer my question. I pointed out that women are seriously outnumbered and if he wants to meet anyone then he should fill out his profile or send pics. He said I'm like a politician avoiding the question. So random, why do people think you want to have fun with someone when you have no idea who they are! I get this all the time, anyone else? x

Not strictly true. You can only block people with no public photos on their profile. However, what seems to happen is people put a photo as public, send the message, then put the photo back in their "friends only" or "private" folder.
