I went to a fantastic party last night but today I am suffering. Aches, pains, hangover,sore bits. Anyone got any good remedies apart from paracetamol and bed.

Hot bath with lavender oil or arnica for those shagging related aches and bruises!

I pulled a chest muscle after one particular long session last year, it killed for ages lol.

One or the other, berocca will wake you up and energise you, no point trying to sleep after drinking it.

I had an all night rough session with more than one guy and have bruises and bites all over me, don't get me wrong I loved it but boy am I hurting today. I may just stay in a hot bath all day. lol

I'm worse than I thought I was. I may just put the Aussie open on and see what happens...

Last time I put the tennis on with a hangover I woke up and Murray was a gold medalist!

Funny you should say that, I was supposed to go to another party last night but I just couldn't, so had to come home. I guess I'm getting old. lol
