My punishments have always been on the horrible side not the punishment side.

I have contact restrictions where I am ignored for a period of time.

Kneeling in the corner.

Running works too.

When it comes to true punishments, it could be some difficult tasks

- Writing that they are sorry for 1000 times

- Making the submissive to do squats or any other physically demanding exercise for long

- Caged for hours

- Made to clean up the house while repeatedly saying sorry master/mistress

I’ve been using contact and physical restrictions more lately. Especially ones with an emotional

Element. I.e we can’t kiss etc. I enjoy these a lot.

Haha exactly, my sub is playing a risky game when she says she likes certain punishments. I try to find things she doesn’t enjoy quite as much.
