I'm thinking of using a butt plug on my new girlfriend but unsure on how long its to be inside her. Maybe this is a silly question but do we put it in long before sex and get her ready or do insert it during foreplay. Hope I don't come across as been daft.

If she's new to a butt plug, I'd suggest to start with foreplay and then gently insert with lube. Once she's comfortable, she can wear it for longer, some will go around with one all day!
